They are seeking a full-time Sales Agent to consult with prospective and existing clients to identify and recommend suitable commercial insurance products for their business operations.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person events
Assist customers and prospects in gathering necessary information for insurance renewal quotations
Partner with clients to identify and recommend insurance products and risk mitigation solutions tailored to their requirements
Review, design, and execute effective marketing strategies for both new and existing customers
Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client support and coordinated service delivery
Align with the sales team to develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting both new and existing customers
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance insurance knowledge and maintain appropriate licensing
Qualification
Required
Experienced in collecting, researching, and presenting data and products to both prospective and existing clients
Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings, prospect visits, and industry event participation
Maintains professional relationships with colleagues, prospects, clients, and broader business contacts
Strives for excellence by consistently improving quality and upholding accuracy and thoroughness
Contributes to profitability and revenue growth for both the company and its clients
Acts with integrity, earns trust, demonstrates respect, and supports the organization's core values
Crafts strategies to reach organizational goals, analyzes markets and competitors, and responds flexibly to changes
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Obtain and uphold a valid Property and Casualty license
Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BI)
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent sales experience
5+ years' professional experience; sales experience is a plus
