ERP Pre-Sales Director
SystemsAccountants is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Pre-sales Consultant to help lead and support solution-based sales across the North America market. This role blends functional expertise with sales acumen and is responsible for driving technical and functional alignment throughout the sales cycles.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on pre-sales support throughout the sales lifecycle
Lead and mentor a small pre-sales team
Partner closely with Account Executives during the sales process
Conduct discovery workshops to understand business requirements and scope solution needs
Deliver compelling value propositions to prospective customers and partners
Lead and manage successful product demonstrations
Build long-term relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers, serving as a functional and pre-sales resource
Prepare and present responses to RFIs/RFPs
Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and trade shows
Communicate market and customer feedback to internal product and leadership teams
Develop deep product expertise across the organization’s full solution suite
Qualification
Required
Experience working with ERP or similar enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of core business processes; US accounting knowledge is a plus
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles
Proven ability to lead or mentor small teams
Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to speak confidently to both technical and executive audiences
Strong communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management capabilities
Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to build and customize impactful demonstrations
Curious, analytical, innovative, and able to learn quickly
Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 40%
