Responsibilities

Plan and conduct third-party audits in compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and optionally ISO 42001
Lead on-site and remote audits, managing audit teams and ensuring high audit quality
Evaluate and analyze audit evidence to make certification recommendations
Maintain impartiality, objectivity, and professional integrity during all audit phases
Support witness audits and client interactions to meet accreditation expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
3-5 years' experience in Certification Bodies
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 27001 (required); ISO 20000 preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience, including team leadership
Strong understanding of ISO/IEC standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT service management best practices
Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 20000; working knowledge of ISO 42001
High-level analytical and decision-making skills
Effective verbal and written communication, particularly in technical environments
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Technologically adept; comfortable with audit management tools and platforms
Unwavering professional integrity and ethical standards

Preferred

ISO 20000 preferred
Training or certification in ISO 42001 (AI Governance) is a plus
