High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and genuine empathy for teams and partners

5+ years of experience in technical program management
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
5+ years of hands-on technical experience (e.g., software development, systems engineering, data engineering, or site reliability engineering)
3+ years leading large, complex initiatives with end-to-end ownership of technical or business outcomes
Experience building distributed, highly available systems in cloud environments, ideally AWS
Background in developing scalable SaaS platforms and products
Strong experience with agile delivery frameworks and planning practices
Exposure to applying Generative AI to improve business processes or operational efficiency
Experience delivering solutions in regulated industries
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
