Responsibilities

Knowledge of datacenter architecture, physical networks, servers, cloud, and virtualization concepts

Good Understanding of OSI - L2, L3 layer and hands on experience

Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network switches(Ethernet/InfiniBand) along with good understanding on networking topologies/protocols/subnets

Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments, windows operating systems and PowerShell knowledge

Experience as a Service Reliability Engineer managing production environments, effective troubleshooting, working as a key team player, collaborating with engineering/product support teams, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and reliable processes

Proficiency in IT operations, including incident and problem management, ticketing tools, end-to-end troubleshooting, and mitigations meeting SLA

Strong verbal and written communication skills
