Responsibilities

Engage across Supply Chain, Legal, Government Affairs, Tax and Trade teams to interpret and manage trade regulations
Assess impact of regulations to supply chain functions to identify compliance gaps, outline opportunities for process improvement, and incorporate industry best practices
Develop and execute programs and projects to drive compliance for supply chain
Establish relationships with stakeholders and influence actions for pragmatic solutions to business problems
Identify emerging issues in compliance and set long-term strategies to get ahead of regulatory shifts
Lead problem-solving and design-thinking sessions to surface business needs, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and support continuous improvement
Champion transformation initiatives by introducing innovative, technology-enabled solutions (including AI/ML and automation) and guiding teams through change

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
6–9 years of trade regulatory experience, including import/export laws, brokerage work, or trade certification
Ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance
Experience in process management and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
