Responsibilities
Own end-to-end supply chain operations for the Sturbridge site, including:
Sales Administration
Planning & S&OP
Procurement & Supplier Management
Warehousing & Logistics
Export Control
Act as a key member of both the Global Supply Chain Management team and the Sturbridge site leadership team
Support and coordinate the local supply chain team to successfully execute aggressive ramp-up and growth objectives
Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and global supply chain direction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, resilience, and supply chain integrity
Implement new processes, tools, and technologies to strengthen supply chain performance
Serve as the primary supply chain lead for key transformation projects, including:
APS / ERP / MES integrations
Intercompany material flows
New production implementations
Establish and maintain high material service levels to ensure availability of parts and equipment
Develop robust supply plans based on S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and capacity planning
Analyze inventory performance and lead stock optimization and waste-reduction initiatives
Proactively identify supply chain risks and disruptions; define and execute mitigation plans
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs in alignment with NV and corporate leadership
Initiate corrective actions when performance gaps or risks are identified
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Corporate functions
Establish training and development plans to build supply chain capabilities within the team
Influence stakeholders across functions and geographies without direct authority
Qualification
Required
5+ years of supply chain and/or project management experience in an international environment
Strong background in process improvement, process implementation, and transformation
Solid ERP experience
Proven experience in S&OP and demand planning
Proven experience in inventory and stock optimization
Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong change-leadership capability
Analytical and systems-thinking approach
Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority
Experience working in international, cross-cultural teams
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Effective conflict resolution skills
