Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to unlock the full potential of the platform

Incorporate emerging technologies such as AI and automation to modernize and streamline enterprise services

Shape strategic roadmaps

Mentor development teams

Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions that drive measurable business value

Qualification

Required

7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including proven leadership of development teams

Required ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Strong background in technical discussions and architecture reviews

Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations

Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and design principles

Experience managing IT data integrity across the following areas: ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, HAM/SAM would be great!

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
