Responsibilities
Spearhead high-volume public sector IT staffing initiatives
Source, assess, and close top-tier candidates for a variety of IT positions including Data Analysts, Java Developers, .Net Engineers, Project Managers, Web Designers, Technical Writers, Business Analysts, Developers, Programmers, and Architects
Develop innovative sourcing strategies
Screen candidates and conduct interviews
Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process
Collaborate closely with account managers, clients, and your recruiting team to understand staffing needs and set expectations
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
Leverage existing relationships with Florida State Government decision makers and utilize TVT-approved AI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Manage recruiting data accurately within applicant tracking systems
Support sales and operational efforts and contribute to long-term company growth
Qualification
Required
Strong sourcing and closing skills
At least 3 years of full desk recruiting experience within Florida state government agencies, particularly in Tallahassee
Ability to build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
Leverage existing relationships with Florida State Government decision makers
Utilize TVT-approved AI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Experience in managing recruiting data accurately within applicant tracking systems
Aptitude for strategic thinking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting hiring targets
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable attending networking events, hiring fairs, and client meetings outside of regular working hours
Maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality hires aligned with client expectations
Supporting sales and operational efforts
Contributing to long-term company growth
Minimal travel requirements, may include occasional client meetings or networking events in Florida
