Solution Engineer

Fundraise Up is reimagining the fundraising platform to enhance donation convenience for non-profit foundations. The Implementation Engineer will work with sales and customer success teams to manage onboarding and presales activities, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Actively engage in presales and onboarding activities, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction for large complex enterprise clients
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development
Work closely with other teams, such as Customer Success, Sales, Product and Support to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
Ability to manage high-stress situations and work under pressure to deliver results, juggling many active implementations simultaneously
Respond to RFPs
Lead A/B Tests for customers working with our Analytics team

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related field at SAAS companies
Strong technical skills, with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management
CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Integration experience)
Experience with front-end website development (HTML/CSS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively
Demonstrated ability to architect and communicate the optimal solution to prospects, existing customers, and internal team members
Highly proficient in spoken and written English

Preferred

Experience working with International (preferably Eastern European) product and back-end teams
