Responsibilities
Achieve an average of 3 new clients per month within two years, with measurable attribution to marketing-generated leads and campaigns
Design and implement a scalable marketing and sales funnel that consistently generates, nurtures, and converts qualified leads within target niches (university professors, business owners, federal employees, and special needs planning)
Establish systems for lead tracking, CRM integration, analytics, and reporting that make marketing performance transparent and actionable
Own the marketing function end-to-end, determining how best to allocate available internal and external resources (people, vendors, tools) to achieve client acquisition goals efficiently
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all marketing activities
Qualification
Required
Experience in marketing trust-based professional services
Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience in building systems for marketing functions
Proven track record of achieving measurable client growth
Experience in designing and implementing scalable marketing and sales funnels
Ability to establish systems for lead tracking, CRM integration, analytics, and reporting
Experience in resource allocation for marketing functions
Leadership experience in marketing activities
Understanding of service-based business acumen
Ability to develop and own a clear marketing vision aligned with business goals
Experience in executing marketing campaigns including digital marketing, content, events, and lead nurturing
Ability to use analytics and performance data for decision making
Resourcefulness and ownership in managing marketing resources
Leadership and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice across marketing channels
