Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Canterbury Center operations
Manage schedules, files, and internal documentation
Coordinate with facility staff and external contacts
Handle data entry, reports, and basic office tasks
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
Support day-to-day operational needs of the center
Qualification
Required
Previous administrative or office support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks
