Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior leadership experience within a progressive, well-managed law firm or professional services environment
Proven success overseeing one or more key operational pillars—Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing/Business Development, Technology, or Operations
Experience driving modernization, process improvement, and organizational alignment
Ability to lead a high-performing administrative team
Strengthening operational infrastructure
Ensuring the firm continues to deliver outstanding client service while scaling for future growth
Preferred
Background in multi-department leadership
Advanced degree (JD, MBA, CFA or CPA)
