Lead Snowflake architecture and data platform design
Design and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines and data models
Provide technical leadership to data engineering teams
Work with Directors and stakeholders on requirements and program status
Lead large-scale data programs end-to-end
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics
5+ years of hands-on Snowflake implementation (enterprise scale)
Strong Snowflake architecture and advanced SQL
ELT/ETL concepts and tools (Coalesce preferred)
Reporting & analytics tools (Sigma or similar)
Data modeling (Dimensional modeling, Medallion architecture)
Snowflake features: Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Time Travel, Cloning
Data governance, security, RBAC, data masking
Experience leading teams and large programs
Preferred
Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
