Responsibilities
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage all general accounting, payroll, AP, and AR operations
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and leadership on financial strategy
Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team
Optimize systems and workflows through automation and ERP enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA/CMA
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
3+ years in management
Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and compliance standards
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle)
Master's degree
BPO/international accounting experience
