Responsibilities

Partner with legal and multi-functional stakeholders to map current processes, define future-state needs, and align requirements with strategic goals and modern solutions (including Salesforce-based applications)
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities, contributing to the design and ongoing improvement of technology-driven solutions that boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Develop clear user stories, documentation, and acceptance criteria to support successful solution delivery
Design and deliver efficient no-/low-code workflows using leading process automation tools
Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned with objectives, and deliver measurable value
Demonstrate new capabilities and lead user acceptance testing, including creating test plans, scripts, and supporting activities that promote quality and adoption
Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process flows to support smooth onboarding and long-term adoption
Apply structured project management practices to plan, lead, and track multiple initiatives, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Legal Operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, and technology enablement within a legal or highly regulated environment
Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing legal technology solutions, such as Salesforce-based applications, e-billing systems, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, and AI-enabled tools

Preferred

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment
Confirmed ability to capture, analyze, and document complex business and functional requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down and simplify complex issues
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Tonkean, Checkbox, Ironclad, Onit, or similar enterprise-grade platforms
PMP® Certification or equivalent project management credentials
