Adecco is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer with a BSEE and a strong background in medium- and low-voltage electrical systems. This role focuses on supplier qualification, audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement across critical electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers for MV/LV electrical systems and components

Perform supplier audits per ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and risk-based audit programs

Conduct supplier inspections and oversight, including FATs (e.g., transformers, MCCs, switchgear)

Manage nonconformances, containment actions, and corrective actions

Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

Prepare and deliver supplier quality performance reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

10+ years experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or electrical engineering (MV/LV systems)

Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, UL, IEC standards

Extensive auditing experience

Willingness to travel up to 35% (domestic & international); passport required

Preferred

ISO Lead Auditor certification
