Review complex tax returns (corporate, partnership, expatriate, dual status) and oversee correspondence with tax authorities
Research and interpret tax regulations, guide staff on technical issues
Review transfer pricing reports and tax provisions; prepare advanced analyses when needed
Lead client meetings, address inquiries, and identify additional service opportunities
Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines while supervising Staff and Seniors
Coach junior team members, provide feedback, and support a collaborative work environment
Stay current on tax developments and ensure effective use of technology
Qualification
Required
Japanese and English bilingual level language skill required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or EA required
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Experience preparing various individual and business tax returns
Strong tax software and MS Office skills
