Lead evaluation strategy for generative AI models
Build metrics, queries, and data models for AI performance assessment
Analyze and validate model outputs for accuracy, bias, and clinical relevance
Partner with AI researchers, product, clinical SMEs, and engineering teams
Present insights to senior leadership and drive roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
6–9+ years in data analytics
Strong recent experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
Healthcare/clinical/life sciences domain experience
Experience building or maintaining AI/ML evaluation frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
