Assist our customers in opening new checking and savings accounts
Assist customers in opening certificates of deposit, IRAs and HSAs
Help customers decide which of our many convenient and time saving eservices best fit their needs
Handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
skills using basic office equipment
the ability to demonstrate/explain use of current technology
handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner
basic math and cash handling abilities
Preferred
customer service experience
Previous CSR/Teller experience
