Responsibilities

Prepare digital forecasts and analyze for accuracy and reasonableness
Create biweekly slides for collaborative planning and execution meetings
Prepare monthly expense outlook reports
Distribute digital sales and orders reports
Publish weekly accommodations reports
Serve as back-up for key close-week priorities
Lead MCCS Operational FTE reporting, including Span of Control and Hiring
Support planning and forecasting activities for leveraged resources
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Required

Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply
Strong ability to analyze forecasts, assumptions, and variances; prepares accurate digital forecasts, monthly expense outlooks, and other financial reports
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Anaplan, OneStream, and BI dashboards preferred for automated financial analysis
Experience creating, distributing, and maintaining operational and sales/order reports; tracks changes in assumptions and month-over-month variances accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to create slides for meetings and collaborate with operations teams effectively
Highly organized to manage multiple priorities, changing assumptions, and reporting deadlines with precision
Ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines; capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Ability to lead key reporting initiatives (e.g., MCCS Operational FTE reporting) and serve as backup for critical close-week priorities
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs

Preferred

Familiarity with Anaplan, OneStream, and BI dashboards preferred for automated financial analysis
