Required

Experience with Underwriting processes and assessing financial information
Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and lending practices
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with loan processing and financial software systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage lending or finance are advantageous
