Draft, review, and advise on contracts, policies, procedures, and other legal documents supporting College operations

Provide high-level legal counsel to the College, and as directed, the District Board of Trustees, on a broad range of legal issues

Support the Office of General Counsel in reviewing and responding to public records requests

Qualification

Required

Law degree from an accredited law school

Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar or if recruited from outside of Florida, employment is conditional upon passing the Florida bar and being licensed within 12 months of employment
