Curiosity and willingness to learn domain concepts quickly
Ownership mentality—drives work from concept to delivery

Preferred

Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with API gateway, service mesh, or messaging systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS)
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design
Experience with performance profiling and monitoring tools
Experience in wealth management / Financial services
