Required

12+ years of business experience in strategy, corporate development, or strategic consulting

Strong experience in the networking, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure industry

Demonstrated ability to evaluate and support M&A, partnerships, or investment opportunities

Fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels

Familiarity with strategic frameworks

Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills

Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to guide leaders toward aligned recommendations

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Preferred

MBA or equivalent preferred

Consulting or advisory background is a strong plus
