Responsibilities
Perform assembly activities using a variety of mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms to obtain desired build requirements
Work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists or other instruction and provide written communication defining performance results and situational circumstances
Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands. This activity uses hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment, fixtures and tools to obtain desired performance results
Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes
Perform daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations
Qualification
Required
Background in Automotive / Aerospace or a related domain
Ability to perform assembly activities using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment
Experience with specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms
Ability to work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists or other instructions
Ability to provide written communication defining performance results and situational circumstances
Experience in setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment, fixtures and tools
Ability to diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition
Ability to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes
Ability to perform daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations
