Responsibilities
At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience
4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle’s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc
Strong functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules
Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design
Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore
Expertise in driving requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products
Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time
Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax
Proficient in building OTBI and BIP reports

Required
Location for this position is Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ . This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
