Qualification
Required
4+ years as a SWE
Mission-oriented and focused on working on climate
Excited about working with Transmission Engineers
Operate well in ambiguity and able to take ownership over large pieces of work
Capable of rolling with the punches; plans change at a growing startup
Python experience is a plus
We are hiring any kind of SWE, except for pure frontend engineers
