Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end project execution for IT and SaaS initiatives, from planning and scoping through delivery and post‑launch evaluation
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and success metrics
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; proactively drive mitigation strategies
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed
Champion process improvements and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices

Qualification

Technical project managementSoftware development lifecyclesPMP certificationCSM certificationStakeholder managementCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Proven experience in technical project management within an IT environment, preferably in a SaaS organization
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred

PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
