Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Contribute across the stack, including customer-facing ecommerce features and internal tools
Own features end-to-end, from design through production and monitoring
Build and evolve APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrations with platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, and WMS/IMS systems
Support and scale microservices and event-driven systems on AWS
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, documentation, and production support
Improve system reliability, observability, and performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend architecture
Experience with frontend development (React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with AWS and distributed, event-driven systems
Shopify Plus and checkout customization experience
Preferred
Experience with Celigo, NetSuite, or ecommerce logistics systems
