Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and recommend local business contracts, including site leases, parade agreements, and personal service agreements
Partner with station leadership on recommendations for day-to-day business decisions
Develop, maintain, and track key business metrics to guide operational objectives and goals
Coordinate, plan, and manage their activities to accomplish assigned goals and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of professional experience; prior management experience strongly preferred
Expert knowledge of accounting procedures and practices
Strong service orientation and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills at all levels
Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, COGNOS, and IBM Analytics
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience managing complex projects and balancing priorities
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Preferred
Management experience in public accounting or a large company
Experience in television business operations or related media field
MBA, CPA, or currently working toward either designation
