Key Account Director - Oncology (Virginia and Washington DC)
Makonis is a leading global pharmaceutical company focused on advancing healthcare through innovative biologics and biosimilars. The Key Account Director will develop and execute strategic business plans for product launches and sales, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and drive business objectives within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives
Identify local opportunities and strategies to enhance product positioning
Engage HCPs in scientific discussions regarding approved indications, efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols
Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Deliver strategic plans and meet sales goals within allocated budgets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
Proven expertise in Oncology product sales
Experience in institutional channel sales, dealing with Hospitals, Government programs, Healthcare Organizations, and UN-accredited institutions
Ability to manage annual sales targets exceeding USD 5 million
