Responsibilities

Lead the PP/QM workstream, partnering with business stakeholders
Manage S/4 AMS deliverables from the client side, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality incident, problem, and change management
Coordinate across vendors to drive accountability and provide consolidated reporting to the client
Act as an SME for SAP S/4 PP/QM while remaining hands-on in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Provide expertise in demand planning, material planning, shop floor control, process orders, inspection lots, and quality notifications
Integrate PP/QM with related modules (MM, SD, WM, FI/CO) within the S/4 environment
Review and approve functional specifications, support development, and oversee testing, cutover, and Hypercare
Ensure proactive monitoring of tickets, recurring issues, and system performance within PP/QM
Mentor junior consultants and transfer knowledge to client IT teams

Required

8–10 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4 PP/QM implementations and significant AMS support exposure
Strong expertise in PP master data, MRP, production execution, quality inspection, and batch management
Good knowledge of integration points with FI, CO, and MM
Demonstrated ability to manage AMS operations, including ticket queues, escalations, and vendor performance
Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
Need local to Jersey City, NJ
