Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise and configuration support for Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation
Support data conversion and validation , interfaces, and integration strategies
Deliver best-practice recommendations for system configuration and design
Participate in all testing phases including system, integration, and UAT
Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution
Perform quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing
Assist with knowledge transfer and documentation
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
Partner with HR Shared Services (HRSS) and internal stakeholders
Respond to user inquiries and provide functional guidance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and new functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules
Successfully completed at least three (3) full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations
Experience providing post–go-live support in Oracle Cloud environments
Strong understanding of HCM business processes (HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

Preferred

Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM
Healthcare industry experience
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud upgrades or enhancements
