InternATP Tour is a global organization in the sports industry, and they are seeking an Intern for Player Relations to provide general support to ATP members and assist with player outreach programs. The role involves maintaining internal records and supporting digital player communications.

Responsibilities
General support of member services to all players members
Assist in the management and delivery of Player Outreach and sentiment program to players
Support all services to extended groups including Coach, Alumni, Registered players, and Player Support Team members
Perform internal records audit and Quality Assessment controls on a regular basis
Daily support of central member hotline system
Assist in posting and content creation of player digital channels
Maintenance of player documents and internal communications
Collect, organize, and enter missing information from players
Assist in player information management of the Member Pension Plans
Organize player demographic data for insurance program and other benefits
Research projects as needed by the department and ATP
Assist department staff with special player projects
Qualification
Required
Strong research and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office
Recent graduate from a sports management/communications, marketing or business-related program
Preferred
Second language (Spanish) preferred
