Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years' IT experience required, including a minimum of five (3) years' experience managing IT projects
Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans
Demonstrated experience leading projects with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required
Experience with projects involving cloud technologies required
Demonstrated experience in resource management and change management techniques required
Computer skills and proficiency in MS Project required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or completion of another recognized project management certification
Change management or Lean Six Sigma certifications
Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., Targetprocess, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project Online)
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.)
