Responsibilities
Test method development using gage R&R
Test fixture design & fabrication (3D printer & machine shop)
Writing test protocols
Test execution using an Instron (6800 series), leak testers, performing material property analysis (DMA), and running Haemonetics devices such as NexSys PCS
Analyzing results and writing test reports using good documentation practices and statistical analysis
Technical presentations to R&D team members
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Biomedical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering Degree (rising Junior/ Senior or Graduated Student)
Experience with CAD (SolidWorks)
Machine shop experience
3D printing experience
Prototyping experience
Test fixture design experience
Test execution experience
