Responsibilities

5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience as an Architect or Architect/Implementer, with Public Sector Solutions Cloud exposure

Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and overall platform capabilities

Proven ability to design scalable, performance-driven system architectures aligned to business outcomes

Strong understanding of data migration strategies for large data sets, including best practices for data quality, security, and governance

Experience designing data sharing and visibility models within Salesforce architecture

Hands-on knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems using data integration tools

Solid understanding of environment and release management, code versioning, and deployment best practices

Knowledge of platform security standards and protocols, including TLS and SSL

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
