Responsibilities
Manage daily operations related to tax planning, compliance, and preparation
Ensure adherence to regulations and delivering accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with internal teams on tax strategy
Ensure compliance with current tax laws
Produce financial statements for clients
Mentor junior team members
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the tax department
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
Strong understanding of Financial Statements and financial reporting processes
Thorough knowledge of Tax Law and related regulations
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
Preferred
CPA certification is preferred
Experience with tax software and other financial management tools is beneficial
