Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review
Qualification
Required
Project management experience in a production environment, contract manufacturing experience a must
Prior project management experience (3 years) is a must
Project management experience managing multiple projects at once
Ability to work with multiple different departments (who have different priorities) who have very different personalities to execute projects
Strong experience with customer facing and external customers
