Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
Serve as subject-matter expert for year-end operations, shipping/billing, new-hire reporting, and M&A
Oversee SOC audits, compliance, and service bureau setups
Maintain SOPs and report department metrics (monthly/quarterly/annual)
Facilitate team meetings, remove roadblocks, and mentor staff
Identify and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration, or Logistics
Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and ability to meet critical deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Dynamics)
