This role focuses on managing customer and vendor master data across multiple systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage requests for new or updated business partner master data (customers, vendors, lienholders, truckers)
Ensure accurate data setup through research and collaboration with data specialists and requestors
Maintain and update master data across multiple enterprise systems
Monitor incoming requests to meet service levels and data standards
Support data cleansing initiatives and execute required updates
Document and maintain data management and governance procedures
Partner with data specialists and data stewards to identify process improvements
Escalate data-related issues clearly and promptly when needed
Assist with training and support for data standards, tools, and governance practices
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in data management, business systems, finance, or accounting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience with SAP, particularly SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
Familiarity with data governance principles
Experience in agriculture, energy, or commodity-based industries
