Responsibilities
Collaborating with ISDA OTC (International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Over-the-counter) drafting team for commodity, interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, and equity derivatives
Drafting trade documentation in line with ISDA definitions
Utilizing term sheets and risk capture system
A proactive mindset to mitigate risk through maintaining accuracy and consistency around term sheets, risk bookings and confirmations
Strong communication skills to partner with internal groups (sales, trading, compliance) to execute confirmations
The ability to design and initiate process improvements, alongside a strong understanding of template architecture
Take responsibility for maintaining timeliness in accordance with market standards and regulatory
Gather and analyze quantitative data to guide decision-making
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
A strong, core understanding of financial markets, derivative products, and financial markets documentation
Experience in drafting OTC derivative trade confirmations (equity, interest rate, foreign exchange derivatives)
A proactive mindset to mitigate risk through maintaining accuracy and consistency around term sheets, risk bookings and confirmations
Strong communication skills to partner with internal groups (sales, trading, compliance) to execute confirmations
The ability to design and initiate process improvements, alongside a strong understanding of template architecture
Take responsibility for maintaining timeliness in accordance with market standards and regulatory
