Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support large-scale data communication systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues with speed and accuracy
Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco network equipment
Conduct research on new network technologies, products, and standards
Recommend and perform upgrades, improvements, and repairs
Monitor network performance to ensure uptime and reliability
Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and circuit issues
Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions
Participate in site visits, infrastructure assessments, and new build-outs
Lead network projects and guide team members in their development
Travel to work sites as needed for support and emergencies
Qualification
Required
CCIE certified (written + practical)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise networks
Strong expertise with Cisco product line, especially VXLAN
Full understanding of routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, L3/L2 VPN, ISIS
Proven experience leading projects and managing vendors
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
