Responsibilities

Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research
Independently develop and execute defense strategies on behalf of clients
Draft and manage complex pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and depositions
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, claims teams, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Efficiently manage and resolve assigned caseloads
Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at hearings and alternative dispute resolution proceedings

Required

Minimum 7 years of legal experience in general liability and/or auto litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Collaborative, positive, and service-oriented mindset

Preferred

New Hampshire license is a plus
