Senior LevelHenderson Drake is working with a consulting business that is scaling quickly and delivering complex finance transformation programmes for enterprise clients. They are looking to hire an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to play a key role across high-profile engagements, from early design through to deployment. In this role, you’ll work directly with senior finance stakeholders and delivery teams to design and build Anaplan solutions that support planning, forecasting, and performance management at scale.

Responsibilities
Leading discovery and design workshops to define scalable Anaplan solutions
Converting business and finance requirements into clear, robust model designs
Guiding model builders and reviewing work to ensure quality and consistency
Advising clients on best practice planning processes and long-term roadmap design
Owning model governance, performance optimisation, and integrations
Supporting delivery planning alongside project managers
Contributing to internal IP, standards, and reusable frameworks
Coaching and developing less experienced consultants within the team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing and delivering Anaplan solutions in a consulting setting
Strong knowledge of finance use cases such as FP&A, CapEx, and zero-based budgeting
Confident working with senior stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly
Comfortable managing multiple priorities across parallel projects
Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 certification or higher; Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is advantageous
Preferred
A background in finance, accounting, or analytical roles is beneficial but not required
