New Grad, Entry LevelExtreme Endeavors is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team and help design, build, and deploy SCADA systems that protect and improve water infrastructure around the world. The role involves the full lifecycle of industrial control systems, focusing on projects that enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of critical water systems.

Responsibilities
Design and develop SCADA and industrial control systems for water and wastewater applications
Create electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
Select and integrate IoT Systems, HMIs, instrumentation, and communication systems
Support panel fabrication, field installation, and system commissioning
Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients to deliver reliable, user-focused solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience or strong interest in SCADA, IoT Systems, and industrial automation
Ability to read and produce electrical drawings and documentation
Hands-on mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
Willingness to occasionally support field work and site visits
Preferred
Familiarity with water or wastewater systems is a plus (but not required)
