Responsibilities
Partner with venture-backed startups to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates for a variety of roles, from IC to executive-level
Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, VCs, and hiring managers
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple clients and industries
Provide market insights and consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability
Maintain a strong pipeline of startup-savvy candidates through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
4+ years of recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and corporate/in-house experience
Proven success in building teams for early-stage startups, ideally in tech, fintech, healthtech, or consumer sectors
Deep understanding of startup culture, venture capital dynamics, and scaling challenges
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other tools
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
