Responsibilities
Drive execution of solutions including concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and governance compliance aligned with Application Lifecycle Management frameworks
Assess cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans, balancing scope, schedule, and budget with minimal business disruption
Understand business objectives and assume full accountability for program success against defined goals
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and time-to-market
Manage system integration planning, release management, and execution of demos, proof of concepts, and pilot programs
Create and lead cross-functional workstreams covering sales enablement, development, and deployment
Build strong working relationships across Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
Present business, technical, and program status reviews to senior leadership using dashboards and Agile project management tools
Coordinate deliverables and project assets to support overall program execution
Proactively identify and address moderate to high-impact risks and escalate complex issues when necessary
Demonstrate deep understanding of development processes, product launch activities, and SaaS go-to-market execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
15+ years of experience in Engineering, Program Management, and Agile delivery within fast-paced product environments
Strong full lifecycle Technical Program Management experience with excellent communication skills up to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) level
Proven experience delivering multiple significant SaaS-based solution offerings to market
Strong experience with Agile flow processes and standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with GCP cloud development and software/services integration
Strong expertise in risk management and solving complex technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges
Proven strategic leadership and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience leading large cross-functional teams
