Responsibilities
Ensure that all financial operations comply with statutes of the State of Ohio, state auditing requirements, sound financial practices, and decisions of the Board of Trustees
Work with the Director to coordinate finance, payroll, employee benefits & health insurance, building insurance, and telecommunications activities of the library
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with emphasis on accounting or business finance
three or more years of governmental accounting (GAAP) and budgeting experience
knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertinent to fiscal operations
must be qualified to be fully bonded
must attain (and maintain) State of Ohio Fiscal Officer Certification in accordance with the Fiscal Integrity Act within six months of hire
